This is a beautiful, characterful white from one of Galicia's most respected growers. Luis Rodríguez works from a tiny family adega in Ribeiro, tending just under six hectares spread across nearly 200 micro-plots of steep, south-facing vineyards planted with native grapes. Production is artisan and limited in the truest sense — careful, low-intervention winemaking from a man who has spent his life championing this overlooked corner of Spain.

Made primarily from Treixadura, it's dry, fresh and elegant, with bright orchard fruit and white flowers, a touch of flint and a subtle nutty richness from ageing. Lively acidity and a mouthwatering finish make it as food-friendly as it is interesting — a genuinely special bottle
