Our mission is to make wine fun, approachable, and easy to enjoy — no matter where you are on your wine journey. Each bottle is handpicked with care, focusing on quality, character, and authenticity from producers who value the same things we do.

Bit Thirsty was founded by Jack Priestley, who has spent over a decade immersed in the world of wine — from working in vineyards and running independent wine shops to hosting tastings and guiding customers toward bottles they’ll genuinely love. Jack also holds the WSET Level 4 Diploma, one of the highest qualifications in wine, bringing both depth of knowledge and a down-to-earth approach to everything we do.

We’re here to break down the barriers that can make wine feel exclusive or intimidating. Whether it’s simplifying food pairings, cutting through confusing jargon, or finding wines that punch above their price, we aim to make great wine accessible to everyone.
