Corentin Chavy is the son of Puligny-Montrachet winemaker Alain Chavy, and this Mâcon Chardonnay is his first vintage under his own name. It’s made in a fresher, more vibrant style, but with the same attention to detail you’d expect from a Burgundian upbringing.
