Bright and refreshing, it opens with delicate notes of wild strawberry and melon, followed by a gently herbal finish that speaks of the southern French garrigue. It’s crisp, mouthwatering, and full of texture—dry and clean, with none of that confected sweetness you sometimes find in lesser pinks.
