Portugal's Vinho Verde region is best known for its fresh, slightly spritzy whites, but it's now turning out brilliant rosés in the same easy-drinking style. This one is light, bright and very refreshing, with red berries, crisp apple, and a gentle spritz that keeps everything lifted. It's lower in alcohol and dangerously easy to drink, a proper crowd-pleaser to keep chilled and ready for when the sun's out.
