This biodynamic Riesling from Alsace is just a joy to drink. Made by the Mittnacht family, who farm some of the region’s finest vineyards with absolute care, it’s a wine that speaks clearly of its place: bright, mineral, and effortlessly elegant.

You’ll find precise citrus fruit, a lovely streak of acidity, and a clean, stony finish that makes it incredibly food-friendly. It’s dry, vibrant, and built for the table — perfect with Asian dishes, seafood, or anything that needs a bit of zip on the side.
