At a recent trade tasting—surrounded by big-name bottles, bold price tags, and the usual suspects—I was genuinely thrilled to stumble across this little gem from Soave. After a full day of swirling, spitting, and scribbling notes, this simple, refreshing white stood out as one of the highlights of the day.

Made by one of the best cooperatives in Soave, in northeastern Italy, it’s a reminder that the region still delivers great value. A crisp, peachy, and ultra-refreshing Italian white that’s light on its feet and very easy to enjoy. Fridge-door favourite status: secured.
