A bright, mouthwatering white from Lebanon's Bekaa Valley. It's built around Assyrtiko — the Greek grape behind Santorini's famous whites — with a dash of Sauvignon Blanc for extra lift. Expect plenty of peachy stone fruit, a citrus tang and loads of freshness. If you're a Sauvignon Blanc drinker after something a bit different, this is a great place to start.
