This is one of those exciting, hard-to-pin-down bottles — a pale, chillable red that drinks somewhere between a light red and a rosé. Pomegranate, cranberry and wild strawberry, a twist of citrus and a herby lift, delicious wine, crunchy and fresh. It comes from Garage Wine Co., a small team doing some of the most exciting work in Chile, reviving forgotten old vineyards in Maule and making characterful wines in tiny, hand-crafted lots.
