Poor value (and yes — Schloer still exists). Oddbird was one of the first to make us double-take. Oh… I’d actually drink this. Fizz has always been the category that gets closest — bubbles do a great job of masking the missing element (alcohol). Oddbird take that further: dry, well-made sparkling wines that actually taste like wine.

Made from Chardonnay and Colombard, this brings crisp Granny Smith apple, a touch of honey, and a squeeze of lime. Clean, refreshing and elegant — a brilliant non-alc option that doesn’t feel like a compromise.
