Pét Nat (short for Pétillant Naturel) is sparkling wine made the old-school way—bottled before fermentation finishes, trapping gentle bubbles in the most natural style possible. No added sugars, no heavy intervention—just easy, joyful fizz.

This one’s a real treat: crisp apple, a twist of lime, a little bready-yeastiness and a soft, frothy fizz. The wine pours a little cloudy—that’s all part of the charm. Don’t expect anything polished or conventional, but that’s the point. This is fun, refreshing and just the thing to kick off an evening. Chill it down and enjoy it with good company.
