Bride Valley was founded by the late Steven Spurrier—renowned wine writer and organiser of the historic 1976 Judgement of Paris tasting, which reshaped the global wine map. His estate, tucked away in the Dorset hills, carries on his legacy, along with one of his original creations - the Dorset Crémant which remains something of a hidden gem in the English fizz world.

This is a traditional method sparkling wine but with a softer, gentler mousse—a more relaxed fizz that still delivers on flavour. Expect zesty lemon and lime, nashi pear, and delicate floral notes, all underpinned by a creamy texture that makes this fizz so easy to drink.
