Oenops Wines’ Apla—meaning ‘Simply’—is all about pure, unpretentious enjoyment. This white is aromatic and beautifully balanced, packed with ripe tropical and stone fruit, delicate floral notes, and a lovely streak of freshness to keep it all in check. Full of character, but still seriously easy to drink.

Winemaker Nikos Karatzas created the Apla range as an introduction to Greek wines—working with indigenous varieties and old vines to craft authentic, fruit-forward bottles. If you’re curious about Greek wine, this is a perfect place to start.
