This is a beautifully crafted grower Champagne from the Gallimard family, who farm prime vineyards in Les Riceys, one of the southernmost corners of the region.

Made entirely from Pinot Noir, it’s a Blanc de Noirs with real depth and presence—so much so you might mistake it for a rosé at first glance. Expect vibrant fruit, a creamy mousse, and a lovely balance of richness and freshness. Whether you’re already a Champagne fan or looking for the bottle that might finally convert you, this is a fine place to start.
