Domaine Pinon is all about doing things properly. Damien Pinon, third-generation winemaker in Vouvray, works alongside his wife Ingrid to craft expressive Chenin Blanc using sustainable methods. The vines are around 30 years old, fermentation happens naturally with wild yeasts, and the wines are aged in traditional tuffeau (limestone) cellars. Nothing is fined or filtered—just honest, careful winemaking.
The result? A beautifully expressive white that shows just how special Vouvray can be. Expect bright citrus, white peach, and a mineral core that gives it real lift. It’s refined, textured, and just a bit serious—in the best way. One for when you want something elegant to open on a Friday night.
