Fairly full-bodied and singing with perfumed aromas of blackcurrant and bay leaf, rich and generous with intense fruity notes. Hints of chocolate and cedar add complexity, leading to a lingering, velvety finish that's nothing short of awesome. Pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, hearty stews, or a classic roast lamb.
